C | 竞消委表示，Sterra和公司董事为此致歉，并承诺会停止不公平交易的行为，并制定内部合规政策，确保营销材料符合公平交易法。竞消委也表示，如果公司没有履行承诺，当局将采取行动。对此，公用事业局回应时说，当局不会容忍像Sterra这样的公司，为推销产品而做出虚假陈述或误导性声明，因为这有可能影响公众对我国饮用水的信心。
